Provision of the Services

The Website undertakes to provide services in accordance with the order for the provision of services for a fee, and the user undertakes to accept and pay for the services provided, unless otherwise is set forth. After the order is placed on Milaxy by the user, the operators start processing the order immediately and the services will be provided within thirty business days. As there is a great amount of orders, the services may be completed after the date stated in the order. In this case, contact our support team, who will provide you assistance. If you have received the services after the planned date, it does not mean that the user has a right to demand a refund.

A 30-day guarantee is provided by the Contactor for those cases, if the services have not been completed within the period stated in the order. The user can claim or demand the refund only within the warranty period. The prices for the services can be changed by the Contractor unilaterally.

In case the user has placed an order and made a payment in the full extent but has not received any services within 30 business days, he or she is entitled to request the compensation, as the services have not been provided within the stated period.

The money paid by the customer to the Website is non-refundable, in case of violation by the customer of the provisions of the contract, including failure to perform, improper performance of his or her obligations under the contract or as a result of inaction, as well as in the case when the customer takes the decision to terminate the order on any grounds, either loses interest in the services or, for other reasons, cannot fulfill the obligations under the order.

Intellectual Property Rights
